Metric Vs Imperial for Nigella Books

Full question
Hi Nigella and Team! I have just got my copy of How to be a Domestic Goddess from a UK based online store and it turns out it is the American Version that I have received. I have since realised that there is a white cover copy that is in metric and black cover copy that is in imperial. I was wondering if this is the same for all of Nigella's other books? Is there a way to differentiate metric vs imperial if the website does not state it? I would really appreciate your help, as I would like to expand my collection of Nigella books! Kind regards, Amelia
Our answer
We are very sorry that you have ordered the US version of Domestic Goddess by mistake and unfortunately the book covers of all of Nigella's books vary according to where they are published, and also if they are in hardback or softback versions. In addition, some of the reprinted versions come in different covers.
We believe that the easiest way to differentiate between the books is to check the publisher of the book, as Nigella has different publishers in the UK and the US. The UK versions of the books are published by Chatto & Windus. The US versions are published by either Hyperion or Clarkson Potter. On-line sellers should give this information on the book (it is usually listed with the ISBN numbers). We hope that this will help you with your future purchases!
