Mini Cappuccino Pavlovas

Full question
Hi! I'm a coffee lover and will try the Cappuccino Pavlova recipe. If I want to make smaller pavlovas, how should I adjust the cooking time?
Our answer
Nigella's Cappuccino Pavlova (from NIGELLISSIMA) is a coffee-flavoured meringue that is topped with whipped cream. The base is a typical pavlova meringue that has a marshmallowy centre and a shorter baking time than a crisp meringue.
The recipe for the Cappuccino Pavlova should be enough to make 8-9 smaller individual pavlovas, each around 10cm (4 inches) in diameter. Unfortunately we have not tested the Cappuccino Pavlovas at this size but we would suggest that you look at the Mini Pavlovas recipe as a guideline. This size of mini pavlova is baked at 150C (300F) for 30 minutes, then the oven is turned off and the meringues are left for a further 30 minutes before being removed and left to cool.
