The Passionfruit Curd tastes amazing, thank you. But how long will it keep in the fridge?
Our answer
Nigella's Passionfruit Curd (from FEAST) is a delicious fresh curd made with passionfruit pulp, butter, sugar and eggs. It is delicious as a filling for sponge cakes, can be used as a tart filling, dolloped onto muffins or pancakes or simply slathered onto fresh bread.
As it is made with fresh eggs the curd must be refrigerated as quickly as possible after making (and within 2 hours of making) and will keep in the fridge for up to one week.
