Wok and Platter

Full question
Hello Nigella Team, can you please tell me where Nigella got the red platter which she uses for her Christmas gingerbread? Also, in her Nigellissima series she uses a black wok to cook squid with marjoram. Where did she get this because its exactly what I am after but can't find anywhere! Many thanks, Tara
Our answer
Nigella's black wok, used in Nigellissima, is made by a German company called Woll (pronounced "Voll"). We don't think they make the exact same model at the moment but their Saphir Lite model is very similar. In the UK they are a little hard to find but we have seen them for sale via Amazon. Alternatively you could contact Woll direct via their website to find the name of suppliers (www.woll-cookware.com).
Nigella's red platter, as featured in Christmas, was bought by Nigella many years ago and we are not sure of the exact source. Howeve the Portuguese company Bordallo Pinherio have some similar platters (platter 38 and platter 34.5) on their website (www.bordallopinheiro.com). Unfortunately it appears that thay may only deliver direct in Portugal and associated regions, but you can try to contact them via the details on the contact page on the website.
