It is not the first time I've had trouble setting the perfect buttercream so I wasn't surprised with the fact it didn't come out great. But I am so proud of my coffee walnut cake for this cookalong, that I couldn't help but being here at this moment, sharing it with you!!! :) I followed the recipe as it was, but baked one cake and had it layered, instead of baking two separate ones.
