I made this for a BBQ we went to on Saturday to watch the AFL (Australian Rule Football) Grand Final using the colours of my team, yellow and brown, as a bit of a theme. I added a bit of yellow food colouring to the buttercream, chocolate covered coffee beans instead of walnuts and a couple of gold balls for a touch of sparkle. Everyone loved it and our team won so it was a double success! Thanks for the great recipe.
