This baking thing is new for me, my family often fall about laughing when I tell them I've been busy attempting to bake. However, there was a quiet stunned silence when I called over to my mums to say I've made a coffee cake get the kettle on! Needless to say everyone loved it (including myself!) and now instead of dry sarcasm I'm now hearing when are you making another one!
