I have made this cake twice recently - for my son's first birthday and for my brother for Father's Day (I used Whittakers Macadamia chocolate for the icing - yum!). Both times it went down very well. My brother is not really a sweet tooth but he had numerous pieces of this cake, raving about how good it was :)
