As promised by Nigella this IS an absolute "doddle" to make, even for those of us who tend to be somewhat challenged in the dessert/decorating department. And for those of you out there who seem to be a bit overwhelmed by the sugar content or sweetness of the icing let me share my findings: freshly made straight out the processor it does taste diabetically saccharine, however once it's been left to set in the fridge overnight some kind of culinary magic occurs and it transforms into a more palatable fudginess. Another option is to add a snow-flecked forrest of festive-coloured sour berries to create some balance. Everybody wins!
