His and Her Vanilla Cupcakes - an all-time insanely delicious treat. Baked in pink and blue edible wafer cup cases that are completely oven friendly. Simply spoon the batter in the cases and bake directly on a flat baking tray. Once the cupcakes are baked and completely cooled, frost them with a sweet and buttery confectioners frosting that is made with icing sugar and butter with a flavor of vanilla extract. Tint the frosting with red and blue edible paste colors. With a decorative tip, make the rose swirls and later dress up with edible silver color sugar balls, Raspberry flavor pink shimmer sugar, edible gold and silver stardust and topped with edible wafer daisies. Place the cupcakes on plate and decorate with rose sugar decorations. Ingredients: All Purpose Flour - 200 grams Baking Powder - 2 tsp Superfine sugar - 130 grams Kosher salt - a pinch Eggs - 3 large Milk - 50 ml Unsalted butter - 100 grams Vanilla extract - 1 tsp Method: Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Place the edible muffin liners on a tray. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Eggs need to be at the room temperature. Add Vanilla extract and beat again. In a clean dry bowl whisk together flour, baking powder and kosher salt. Alternatively add flour mixture and milk to the egg mixture using electric hand mixer. Remember the first addition and the last has to be flour. Spoon the mixture into the edible muffin cases and bake for 15-20 minutes till the cake tester inserted comes out to be clean. Confectioners Frosting Unsalted butter - 100 grams at room temperature Confectioners sugar - 230 grams Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp Cream - 2 tbsp Beat the butter until creamy and smooth. Add vanilla extract and beat in with the butter mixture Sift the powdered sugar and gradually add to the mixture using hand mixer starting with the low speed. Make sure no lumps are present in the mixture. Beat all the sugar and mix well. Now add cream till it is all mixed in and beat it for three to four minutes till it is of piping consistency. Now tint the frosting with pink and blue color. For that divide the white frosting into two parts, reserving one for pink color and the other for blue color. In order to make the pink colored frosting, using the tooth pick add little red edible color paste. Depending on the shade you want, color needs to be added accordingly. Beat till all mixed in and stop when it is nice, fluffy and piping consistency. Similarly for blue color, add the blue color paste to the white frosting and beat till well mixed. In case you find your frosting too thick add little bit of milk and beat properly else if it is thing you may add confectioners sugar and beat well till light and fluffy.
