A friend of mine put on a show for a Uk-based band, so I decided to make the cake for the band catering. It might be a stereotype, but as sons of seafarers I thought they would like a cake with stout! The topping anf the filling of the cake is buttercream. The combination of the rich chocolate cake and the fluffy cream is heavenly! All there is left to say is that the band loved the cake. Sometimes stereotypes are true....
