Made this for a weekly BBQ night I attend with my lovely friends. The future in-laws got to try it too and they loved it! I used some semi-fancy hot cocoa mix, instead of cocoa powder, which added a little spice to the cake (I also cut the sugar by a cup). This will be an easy and delicious recipe for every St. Paddy's Day!
