I recently went to Macedonia to see my Son and wife who are serving in the Peace Corps and while there we celebrated my birthday. My wonderful daughter-in-law surprised me with my favorite cake, your 'Chocolate Guinness Cake'. I love it because it is not overly sweet and the Guinness really enhances the chocolate. Mm mmm mmm. I almost forgot to take a picture of it.
