Had a bit of fun garnishing this recipe, really could not help but to experiment with the savoiardi cookies! Did not realize how versatile they are. What better way to celebrate this sunny weather than with the gorgeous colors of lemony yellow and bright red raspberry. Not an overly sweet dessert but very savory, a huge hit with the family.
