Hi, I did this Ricotta Hotcakes with my sister, so we are taking part in this competition together. If we win, it'll be double happiness =D =D =D. This Hotckes were absolutely gorgeous. We ate them as a breakfast in the beautiful, holiday, sunny, summer day the first time in our lives, but for sure not least. But before breakfast we had to pick some blackberries and raspberries from our garden to eat them with the hotcakes (and flowers but not to eat =D) Then we fast made them and ate wit with our mum who just wake up (she is a teacher so she has a holiday now too). This was perfect unforgottable holiday breakfast with Ricotta Hotcakes =D but the rest of the day could not be wrong after that breakfast =D =D =D *sorry for mistakes, I am not the best in English =D
