We love Nigella's rocky road in my house! It's a thing of real joy at Christmas. I have changed out the Brazil nuts here (due to an eater's allergy) and replaced them with half whole pistachios and a couple of chopped up bars of Turkish delight. Now I have two versions of Nigella's recipe that we love! In the picture you can just see the edible glitter sparkling.
