I ate a molten lava cake in a trendy Vancouver, BC restaurant many years ago. I was delighted that it was just as delicious as the cake I made following Nigella's recipe. I love that you can prepare these ahead of time. Sadly, my photo does not do the cake justice. The softly whipped cream that I topped the cake with melted in a hurry.
