Lovely cake from Nigella with surprising flavours! The best thing about it all is that it is gluten free and my mum could finally have a slice! I was wondering why there was no butter or oil in this recipe but seriously there is absolutely no need for any of this...it is just so moist just like that!! I'm having another slice for breakfast tomorrow morning, I tell ya (or maybe I'll wake up in the middle of the night to have another one)... ;-)
