My version of Nigella's Apricot Almond cake. I made the cake by hand and hand-chopped the apricots. I substituted orange blossom water, instead of rose water. I glazed the cake with a mix of honey, lemon juice and a drop of orange blossom water, then topped the glaze with pistachios coated in some left over apricot syrup. Farah :)
