The only thing I had to change of the recipe was the size, I halved everything and baked the cake in an 11 cm spring form. The sponge cake is moist, light and delicious. The meringue is perfectly crispy outside and the inside is just as sticky as it has to be. The fresh whipped cream and the strawberries are the perfect companions. Thank you Nigella for the great recipe and the opportunity to cook along! ☺️
