My cookie monster meringue layer cake, with chocolate buttercream instead of cream and crushed cookies on top of the meringue instead of almonds with extra cookies & chocolate drizzle to decorate this heavenly creation makes this cake even more dreamy! (My sponge looks a bit too brown on the outside but stil looked & tasted great in the centre)
