I adore Nigella's mouth-watering desserts, however both my children are allergic to Milk and Soy. So with my beautiful lemon creation I made every delicious component from scratch using paddock-pastured free range eggs, along with whipping up some coconut cream in placement of dairy whipped cream. This was exciting to create, especially since I haven't made a pavlova or dairy free whipped cream before.
