I used brown sugar instead of caster sugar for the meringue. Because I had so many egg yolks left over I decided to make my own curd. Coincidentally, I had some blueberries that I needed to use, so it's a blueberry lemon curd. It was devoured! Within 12 minutes we had full bellies and purple tounges!
