The Lemon Pavlova, as most recipes, is foolproof. I remember watching Nigella Bites and seeing passion fruit pulp being scraped out onto a pavlova and was very intrigued as passion fruit and pavlovas are not very common things in America. Since then, I am always excited to try a new one. The dessert was amazing and I am happy to have these in my repertoire now.
