My second attempt at the glorious pav. My first being Nigella's Cappuccino Pavlova which went down a treat for the coffee lovers amongst my family and friends (including myself). However, this attempt seemed to go even better. I'm extremely proud of myself as a beginner baker (I'm 20) to have recreated Nigella's recipe and have it turn out as lovely as it did. Summery in theme, the glorious yellow lemon curd oozing down the sides made a perfect (if not better) substitute for the lack of sun we are used to here in the west of Ireland. It was devoured by myself, my parents and sister on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Miraculously, I managed to get a picture in between showers! Roses and all. Theres a little slab left in the fridge which I intend to finish off after dinner! Gorgeous recipe :) Thank you Nigella xxx
