The perfect dessert for a random sunny winter's day! Summer food for a winter body. Crunchy, oozy and with a deliciously tart homemade lemon curd (hence it looking a tad green), what more could I ask for in my attempt to be a domestic goddess? And what makes it better is that it's so easy to make yet everyone is so impressed!
