It couldn't get more local than this! These blackberry tartlets were made with the berries my partner and I picked on Sunday while having a casual stroll around our neighbourhood. Whilst not technically a non-bake tart (the shells are made of chocolate shortcrust pastry), they follow the inspiration of Nigella's fruit tart. The filling is whipped cream and lemon curd - the latter homemade, but who's bragging? Hope you like them, we most certainly did.
