Summer Fruit Tart Despite it being wintery cold here in Western Australia I decided to bring a little summer brightness in and make this beautiful creation of Nigella's with my own personal twist. I made this with Strawberries, Blueberries and beautiful Cherries poking their stems toward the "imaginary" sun ;-) Sitting A Top a Yummy home made Lemon Butter being my own recipe (or what you call Lemon Curd). Then nestled neatly in amongst a delightful chocolate biscuit crumb - The sweet with the tang of the lemons simply pops on your tastebuds.
