Delicious recipe! Makes a good desert! They loved it! I have to tell, instead of mixing cream cheese and lemon curd, I made a lemonny custard. I used 3 egg yokes, 90 grams of sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar (8 grams), 350 ml of skin milk, zest and juice of 1 lemon and 60 grams of flour. I let this set in the fridge an d right before serving ! decorated it with the fruits. The result was a fresh an delicious cake.
