I made two of these for a BBQ with 15 adults and 13 kids on a beautiful sunny end of winter day in the backyard. Everyone was so excited about dessert, this tart is an absolute delight to look at, and its so sweet and delicious and decadent to eat! The kids were very disappointed that they were getting ice creams while the adults ate the tart, next time I'll have to make 3!!! I decided to drizzle milk chocolate over all the fruit for additional decadence and depth of flavour and I'm so glad I did! I also needed to use extra melted butter in the biscuit base to get the base to set, otherwise it was too crumbly.
