Since Lemon Curd is VERY hard to come by here in Denmark, I made it from scratch (yum!) which gave me complete control of the 'tanginess'. And, as all red berries are out of season here, I went foraging; blueberries and flowers are from the garden, and the brambles are very kindly 'donated' by an unknowingly neighbour :) The tart was a hit, and the dark berries with the tangy, creamy filling was just a match made in heaven!
