The recipe calls for a 2" deep fluted tart tin which I do not have. Instead, I pressed the crust into a springform pan and tried to make the sides 2" tall. Despite having a plain looking crust, the tart was delicious. A perfect dessert to eat while on a boat watching the sun set at Winter's Cove at Saturna Island, British Columbia.
