Mixed Berry Apple Almond Galette. This buttery flaky pastry compliments the tart berries and the sweet apples. We are obsessed with the combination of apples and almond in our house hold and hence the addition of the light frangiapan mixture adds a layer of richness to the dish. Love Love Love this summer time recipe. By the way, we ate it fresh out of the oven, served warm with some vanilla bean ice cream. Indulgence at its finest.
