First time I have tried to make a pastry with polenta. I like it, maybe I have to leave out salt next time from recipe as polenta seems to add to saltiness. We don't have fresh blackberries yet in this season in Australia so I have used some fresh raspberry and blackberry conserve..I have made the creme fraiche as it's not available here. Tasted delicious and smooth with the fruits....
