I present...Mixed Berry Galette, topped with strawberry cream cheese from a local farm. The first time I made Nigella's Blackberry Galette, I followed the recipe almost exactly, only subbing sour cream for creme fraiche. My husband loved it so much that I decided to make it again, using some of the ingredients we had on hand. And that is how this beautiful creation was birthed. Thank you for the inspiration, Nigella!
