
I made a blackberry and nectarine Galette using Nigella's recipe as a guide. I finished off to top of the Galette before baking with a caster sugar and cinnamon mix after the dollops of Creme Fraiche and once out of the oven I dusted it with icing sugar and a zesting of lemon for freshness. The base was buttery and short and lovely against the softened tart blackberries and sweet nectarines.
