A rustic galette but very tasty. I had no vegetable shortening in the cupboard so coconut oil had to suffice. I added a little whiskey to the creme fraiche but I think this was lost in the cooking. It was a scrumptious galette all the same but did not serve 6. It was definitely only enough for two.
