Sadly I can never find any ghoul like candy in the stores where I am, so after seeing a post on Instagram by John Whaite I decorated with some bone shaped meringues instead. I also cooked the cake in a 20cm tin so that it would be higher and easier to split in half. I then sandwiched with black currant jam, something I've been wanting to try ever since having the most incredible black currant chocolate in Paris earlier this year on holiday.
