My first ever attempt at baking pie thanks to Nigella's simple pecan pie recipe. I incorporated a trail mix of walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts instead of pecans while honouring the rest of the recipe. Baking this was a wholesome experience with the result just as rewarding. Thank you Nigella!
