Matcha Christmas shortbread cookies - I added two tablespoons of matcha tea powder for a Japanese twist on the standard biscuits - the earthy flavour of the matcha really balances the sweetness. Dusted with edible glitter, and my very first piping effort with Nigella's royal icing recipe!
