My dinner rolls are baked like a doughnut topped with sesame seeds and ground cashew nuts (poppy seeds alternative). During the dough proofing process, I prepared the oven with the right temperature and lined the baking tray and lastly the glaze. I also weighed each dough so all the rolls will be of constant size (35gm) except for the last piece. Baking involves preparing, time management, precision and creativity.
