Our family absolutely loves this recipe, my mum even included a chocolate Guinness cake layer in my 5-tier wedding cake last year. I repaid her recently by making this three sponge Birthday cake layered and covered with the cream cheese frosting plus an extra chocolate ganache on top - delish!!
