This luscious chocolate Guinness cake was topped with a mound of Bailey's cream infused white chocolate truffles, for a total Irish feast. The already gloriously intense chocolate flavor of the cake is here boosted, if possible, even more by the addition of instant espresso powder. Such a wonderful dessert!
