This cake is awesome! It was my first time baking with Guinness and I will definitely repeat the experience. I told a friend of mine I would bake with Guinness and she wanted to try it, so I did it on the night she was on call at our local pharmacy. The recipe for the frosting was changed. I used canned coconut milk and frozen blueberries and it goes wonderfully with the cake! Greeting from Croatia!
