Guinness cake is definitely a favourite in our house! It's one of those magical disappearing cakes - I see when it's been iced, then a few hours later, all what's left is an empty cake tin, a few crumbs and a smear of cream cheese icing on the side of the tin if I'm lucky! It just seems to disappear into thin air! Love baking it.....love eating it.. if there's any left :)
