'Had' to make this cake twice as the first time it stuck to my bundt pan (note to self:, never coat your Nordic Ware with cooking spray!) It tasted delicious, just wasn't very photo worthy... I did not mind making another one at all! So here it is, on the last day of the month, my entry for the March Cookalong!
