I'm not much of a baker but this recipe for Chocolate and Guinness cake from Nigella was the highlight of our St Patrick's Day party. Delicious and moist, with the most scrumptious icing, it really did make my Irish friends grin from ear to ear as they were eating it. I think I will be expected to make it again next year, and I will with pleasure!
