My father-in-law loves a Guinness so I immediately thought of Nigella's chocolate Guinness cake for his party! I had never made it before but the recipe, as with all of Nigella's recipes, didn't fail me. If I have a family event or a party (or even just a hankering for quadruple chocolate cake), I turn to Nigella for inspiration! Works every single time. Every holiday. Every occasion:-)
