There's something very delightful about a recipe that starts with a big bowl of melted chocolate ;) And the end result tastes wonderful! As a nod to Simnel cake, I decorated the cake with a circle of eleven marzipan easter eggs. Me and my tastebuds enjoyed this cookalong a lot!
