I discovered the Cookalong challenge this month and once I found this recipe I knew I had to try it. I love to bake and I enjoy new challenges. Although this is my first time doing something like that, I must say it was awesome. So, while I was enjoying one of my hot buns with a cup of tea, I was able to think about the process itself. I followed the recipe and, after I knead the batter, I found it too sticky so I had to join more flour. The only big difference between Nigella’s recipe and mine was the presentation: I rolled out flat the batter, spread the cinnamon paste, fold in 3, cut 2 cm wide strips and finally twist the buns. I end up with beautiful sticky buns full of flavor.
